Some subcontractors will come in with an exceptionally low bid. Ultimately they end up adding charges as the project progresses or use inferior materials to keep the bid low. This is something you don't want. Mr. Robinson has personally worked with or dealt with many subcontractors over the years. He knows which ones perform quality work for a reasonable fee.

Biweekly meetings are held to keep you, the client, informed as to the progress of the project. These meetings are essential in making sure that your needs are met.
